Chirp, Chirp, Chirp....

It's quiet in a number of other forums I frequent also. I have no idea why.

I had to come back here an express more concern about this. There seems to be an air of foreboding lurking around the message boards and like I say I can't quite point out why. But it started about 6-12 months ago give or take. Such a subtle trend it's hard to identify precisely when.

I have some suspicions but they're so vague and nebulous that they are simply that, suspicions. Maybe in time they will come into focus and I can post about them.

When activity goes down, the other members who would otherwise post in particular threads will not do so. In other words, nothing to reply to.

You know.. I'm seeing this phenomenomenon on non-apple forums, and even non-tech forums. A distinct toning down and less activity in conjunction with other behaviors and trends not to my liking.

I myself have cut back a little, on posting anyway, as I haven't had that much to say.
(Wow! Steven has nothing to say!?) lol

I have been trying to get into my new job and helping some folks up here with a couple of things.
I just landed another Hollister EPROM Programmer with the manual, so I want to get into that.

Not that I haven't seen some "Laughable" items on eBay, or anywhere else.
They (so far) have not risen to the heights that they need to be posted.
I know that will change. lol

Maybe it's a cycle.
Maybe folks are on vacation.
Maybe we've been attacked by aliens and they've turned everyone into "Pod People"?

I still check in here almost every day to see what's happening.
