CFFA3000 Write Protection

Hello All -

Have another CFFA3000 question. I have discovered certain games (original Sir-Tech Wizardry for example) that will not run if the disks are not write-protected. I can verify this by putting tape over the write protect notches on real 5-1/4" floppies (which works fine). How can I do the equivalent on a CFFA3000 disk image? Can this be done for an image on a CF card, or does it have to be run only from a USB stick?

Any help will be appreciated.

You need to make the file...

You need to make the file of the disk image on the USB drive or CF card read-only. That will make the emulated floppy disk write-protected.
