Can ADTPro use an "Apple II Serial Interface Card" or dose it have to be a "Supper Serial Card" for serial com's? As I own an "Apple II serial card" clone.

Perhaps not ADTPro, but have you looked at ADT_2006.ZIP?.
It has a version for the apple II communications card.
There is source code that you could alter for your serial card.
