I have an Apple ][ where the previous owner took a grinder to the base plate to remove the paint down to bare metal and used epoxy to glue new rubber feet. Has anybody found a good spray can color match?

I don't know a rattle can for you, but if you take the pan to a paint shop they usually have a book of chips that will get darn close or the really awesome ones will have a scanner that will match the colour with cool software.
This is the one I used to respray mine during my restoration. A semi Gloss Colour called Monument. This is in Australia. Not sure if its available globally. Looked very close to me. The hard part would be to recreate that lovely drag down/knock down texture they have on the underside.
