Hi all. Been using the asimov site from time to time to look for documentation. I have a number of manuals (the originals) that I am scanning in and would like to upload to asimov, but I have only ever downloaded material from the site, never uploaded anything. Figured before I started mucking around inside asimov I would go to the guys who put me onto the site in the first place! For example, never found the Wizard 80 manual for the Wizard 80 column card online and I have several of them in stock. Figured before I ship the last of them I should scan one in and post it to asimov.
Your help is appreciated in saving me some trial and error in doing this right so others can have access to the documentation. Disk archives will be reserved for another day, but I will be doing that soon as well!

What kind of help are you looking for?
Don't you just open the anonymous FTP connection to ftp.apple.asimov.net, then upload in binary mode to pub/apple_II/incoming?
Don't know, have not tried yet. Figured asking first before mucking around could not hurt. Just finished scanning some manuals in. Was not sure if I needed to attach any details, fill anything out etc. and thought I would ask those that have already done it. (thought I made it clear in first post that I wanted to upload stuff but had not done it, sorry to the first responder if I was not clear enough in my OP)

Basically yes. It's just a matter of you getting to understand directories and ftp and drag'n'dropping files.
What FTP program are you using?
I use --
https://filezilla-project.org/
https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?show_all=1&type=server
That is a direct download link. I use that link to avoid the SourceForge malware packages.
As FTP client programs go, I started off with CuteFTP. It was the easiest I found. Others are harder to use.
