Hello Applefritters,
Many of you probably heard this already, but just in case -- Daniel Kottke is keynoting the second day of this year's Vintage Computer Festival East! Dan is known for being Steve Jobs' college buddy, India travel companion, Apple 1 board assembler in the Cupertino garage, and Apple II / III / Mac engineer. He is lecturing on May 6 at 12:30pm. The event is at the InfoAge Science Center, in Wall, New Jersey. That morning, there will also be an intro-level Apple II repair clinic. All of the VCF East details are at http://www.vintage.org/2012/east/.

PS - Since I said Kottke is the keynoting the second day, well, I bet you're wondering who is keynoting the first day! It is Dr. Thomas Kurtz, who co-invented BASIC.
