We went down to visit my mother-in-law last weekend and I found an ad on Craigslist for all this.
I paid $350.00 for it. My wife was pretty mad, but I think I got a pretty good deal.
Thoughts?
I will list all the items once I finish going through them in detail, but a few are:
- An older Apple IIe decked out
- Transwarp IIe card
- A few Z80 soft cards
- Mouse
- Over 2000 DSDD floppy disks
- Vista 8 inch disk controller
- Some older Apple II stuff from this persons Apple II computer

Nice buy. The integer card is worth $150 by it's self. The Transwarp & Vista cards rock!
Jay,
I see two items that make this an exceptional haul:
- The Hayden Applesoft Compiler Software
- The "Switchback" card.
I would love a copy of the compiler, but I would really like to see more pictures of that card. It doe not look like it would be that hard to build.
Possibly s Speedy G Project?
Woah, I just noticed the other 6 pages lol. Really cool. Look at all those old tapes.
Also, The "Sup r switcher" pictured on page 2-3 is very rare. At least that's my opinion since I've only seen one before.
Thanks guys for the kind words. I thought my wife was going to divorce me on this one. She wasn't too happy I bought it and spent $350.00 for "a bunch of junk".
I would be happy to take additional close-ups on anything. Also I will make copies of the Hayden Applesoft Compiler and post them somewhere.
I will take better pictures this weekend and try to put descriptions of all the stuff up here too.
Thanks again for the re-assurance that this was a good deal.
Jay
Arguably the best material in the collection would be the 2000 disks. I bet there's lots of material buried in there that has not made it to Asimov yet.
I think there might be.
Alot of disks from the Washington Apple PI users group.
A project for the Winter when I get my CFFA 3000 to image these puppies.

Jay,
You should really take some "Up close and personal's" of the "Switchback Card" when you get the opportunity. I had never even heard of one until you posted the picture.
And YES I think you got the Deal Of The Year with only $350.00. lol
Steven
I have a few of these. It's an unreliable, over-done POC. You're much better off doing your own dual ROM switch.
"S",
Do you have one that you would like to get rid of?
Shoot me a price in a pm.
Hello Jay,
Sure, it's a great deal. The PROM switcher to use 13 or 16 sector disk is also a rare piece.
I love this type of //e keyboard.
BTW, I see you have a Microsoft Premium SoftCard //e. I'm looking for the disks to use mine.
I've already tried the Asimov image disk. No luck. If you find them among the 2000
Thanks in advance.

Oh Crap! We have to go visit my mother-in-law.
