I have the modem as well as the breakout box, but I do not have the expansion card.
I also do not have the FIRMWARE chip nor the TONE DECODER chip for the modem.
Yes, I am aware of the one on ebay right now and that guy may come through for me - we will see.. Just thought I would ask the collective as I know some of you mentioned having some in your "stash".. :)
