No, that is not a Rev. 0.
You can tell immediately because it has the aux video pin between the 4-pin video connector and the video trim pot.
The board has RAM select jumpers, so it is somewhere between Rev. 1 and 6. The exact part number (including revision) is underneath the 6502 chip.
