Dear Friends,
it is with real pleasure that I share with you that yesterday, as part of Torino Tech Week 2024 we once again switched on the original Apple-1 (https://www.apple1registry.com/en/41.html) belonging to Marco Boglione.
The event was part of the "Homage to the IT Revolution" of the years 1975-1985 and was attended by about fifty Italian and foreign entrepreneurs.
For the occasion we also turned on a Replica with which guests could play and interact with.
Many thanks to Cecily Bang and the entire BasicNet Team for making the event possible.
And last but not least, thanks also to for providing an Intel 4004 microprocessor for the exhibition: official/institutional media link will follow! :-)
ciao! Claudio - P-LAB
Hi Claudio!
That looks really nice. You did some custom coding for the exposition I see ;-). Love the ESD mat, better safe than sorry.
Unfortunately Italy is quite a drive for me, great stuff thanks for sharing. My first car was from Torino, a Fiat 850 Sedan from 1968. Had plans to drive up there with it, back to the factory, but it never was in a shape to do it haha.
Regards from Holland,
Bobby
Molto bene! I was going to say "Nice, you have those P-LAB cards!", and then I realized...
