Google doesnt have an eye into the all ftp listings or their archives.
The very first entry had someone who actually had what you are looking for.
Maybe they would run you off a copy.
Don't you think it might pan out if you tried to contact them?
I recall reading that that package sold for 260.00 on ebay a while back. I *can* contact the author in case ***I'm*** mistaken. Let's see!
If you noticed that post was from 2008, so it would be a good question as to whether or not he still has the software.
