Hi,
Can anyone point me to the correct part number for the terminal inserts for the Molex connect on the power supply of the A1 as shown in this pic:

I saw another post that suggested it may be Molex 08-50-0106, but they don't fit. I tried one other terminal too, with no luck. This is getting time consuming and expensive!

The image on this page match what I use, but it doesn't match the picture you linked to. I think you may be using a different series connector. The best thing to do, is to find the matching terminal that goes with your connector series on the MOLEX website.

I ordered 09-50-1061 Molex connectors and I'm pretty sure that's what I received. I saw that number in another post here. It's the identical connector that I have on another replica A1 power supply. I also ordered the recommended terminals from that post (08-50-0106) and that also seems to be the connector that you have in your notes Mike. However they don't fit this particular Molex connector. Are there different 6-hole Molex connectors that will fit the A1 board?
Looking at the spec sheet for 09-50-1061, it recommends 5194 or 5225.

Not sure the difference between them, but they look similar to what I have in the picture. I'm going to guess 5194, but I've already been wrong twice.

The crimp connectors that came in my Apple-1 kit from Unicorn electronics had connectors just like in your linked image, so I think they have that part.
You could email them with a link to the picture to ask them.

I have been struggling to find that crimp connector as well. Did you have any luck finding it? Perhaps an easier method is to get a different connector that matches the "standard" crimp terminal inserts? At the end of the day, does anyone have part numbers for both the power supply connector and it's matching terminal pin inserts?
The nylon Molex housing I have is 09-50-1061 and the crimp connectors are 08-70-1031. I assembled one of these today with no issues. They fit together perfectly.
