It's hard to find. I've been offered anywhere from $30 to $750 for mine. Most of the times they will move on ebay for just under $200.00
Really rare? As compared to what? Ultra-rare, super-ultra-rare, dyn-O-mite rare, a little-bit rare, fat-ebay-lady-with-$$$-in-her-eyes rare?

A SuperDrive Controller Card is FANTASTIC...
if you have a SuperDrive to connect it to.
I got mine over a 7 year period. First the Card, then the drive.
The card and the drive are still in the boxes, never used.
Although they will be one day.
I have one SuperDrive Controller card and two of the drives. If someone wants to talk to me about buying any of them let me know. Though as indicated above, I think I would have to sell the card with one of the drives as a set.
