WTB: One 16k Memory Select Block

I need a 16k Memory Select Block as well.  Did you find one and do you know anyone who has one?

For an early Apple ][ or ][+ motherboard?  Do you need a factory correct one?  If not you can make one easy enough with a socket or a socket header.  You just need to connect the correct pins.  That's not too hard to find.
