I'm going from memory, but I believe that there are two versions of the "Blue Book." One came out before the ROM card, and a slightly updated version was released with the ROM card. I'm not sure which was the November 1977 version, but I'm thinking it's the first version, as I think the ROM card was released in 1978.

Yes, I have seen the Book with the two dates mentioned. I am after the November 1977 issue. Ideally will find three of them to go with each of my Revision 0 computers, but fat chance of that happening. Thanks for everyones replies.
