Hello,
new here. I'm settling my mother's estate and selling his Apple ][ first generation A2M001. I have no idea what's it's worth and want to get my dad the amount he deserves.
It is a One owner original and has some pencil writing and tape in the face. It powers on.
Thank you in advance.
Take a picture of the bottom tag and maybe the motherboard wth the cover off

Sorry have a heck of a time downloading phots via my phone. The serial number is A2S1-14896.
Can't see all the photos, but if it's parts-matching, it would be a mid 1979 model. It still has the original ][ badge and not a Plus? What about the ROMs - Integer or AppleSoft?
I am guessing somewhere in the $700 range, if still working and complete and all original un-upgraded ][.
I would agree with rittwage. My Apple II S/N is A2S1-3465, circa 1978, still works like new (knock wood). These un-upgraded versions are highly sought after and can bring more than $700 if you have original documentation, program cassettes, FP ROM card, etc. Check prices on this model on Ebay, as well as this forum, to get a feel for what you can likely realize from it's sale. Good luck!
Thank you very much. I appreciate help.
