I'm pretty good at finding things on the internet, but I had no luck finding any documentation. All I found is the photo of the front of the manual, just like you did. Also found references to it in scanned copies of old magazines. But I'm not one to give up easily, so I'll keep looking.
Thank you very very much, I also searched for days on the internet, but with no luck, it would seem a very very rare manual...If I find it, I'll insert it here as an attachment

Finally I managed to own the manual of the CCS 7490 GPIB Interface Card !!!. I just scanned it and published it to make it available to forum members looking for it.

Nice that the manual is scanned! I don't have that card. I have two other IEEE-488 cards, the Apple one and one made by Labview or some other company. My intention at some point is to try to hook up one of the Commodore 4040 or 8050 floppy drives I have to an Apple II. It would be interesting to try it with the CCS card as well. I always liked CCSs products, especially given how early many of them came out. They had a surprisingly full line of cards that were very professionally designed and documented for the day especially given they couldn't have been that big of a company.
Now with the help of the manual I have connected my Apple IIe enhanced to my HP-3421A data acquisition HP-IB unit and it works great !!!
