Hey guys,
I recently got myself an Apple IIe and IIe Platinum locally. After cleaning the keyboard PCB with 91% alcohol, (1-9) on the keyboard no longer functions, though everything else works. I also tried the keyboard from my IIe Platinum and can confirm that nothing is wrong with the motherboard/keyboard chip. I also have a spare II Plus, that I may be able to get parts from. Any help would be great!

You didn't mention if you have tried the keyboards using the same cable.
It could be the culprit...

I assume the shifted characters above the numbers also do not work. If so, it sounds like you might have a broken trace. Inspect the area around the numeric keys carefully or use an okmmeter to check continuity.
I've gotten more than one IIe keyboard with corroded traces on the PCB.
That is a possibility.
