PSU replaced all the electrolitic capacitors , there it's no RIFA ?! I have to mention i was the first person witch ever open this PCU, since 15 MAR 1979 the date when was made in Hong Kong, after that tested and all the voltage are into the specification with no load.
Motherboard : removed all the cards (all the sockets are oxidated and shown a green oxid) clean the PCB and then ... first time power on , no beep but garbage on the screen , tested all the ROM's in the other Apple II and i dicover D0 has one leg brock near to the body, i solder a pice of wire, before i put back the ROM's i use some Wurth contact spray, time for second try but nope , no change. At this stage falowing speedy guide for resuscitating an old Apple after long time i focused on RAM unplug all and spray all the sockets with contact cleaner and using my Inquisitor Dram tester i test all 23 chips and verry strange 14 are BAD ??!!! i never ever find that many bad into one computer, bur short story i use 8 good ones to populate one row and power on again ... succes this time i have beep, and nice Apple ][ logo. Time for
Keyboard dated FEB 14 1979 marked P.C. BD. 02 2459-02 REV.A ASSY NO 01-0425 MADE IN USA and another stamp APR 3 1979 check the pictures please. Clean all the keys and PCB and tested , its mostly working except few keys 5 or 6 witch doesn't respond at all .

Hi, thanks for let me know, I consider this option for testing purposes, but I will trying to keep this one original if it's possible. The ROM's it's working and tested today I manage to fix the keyboard and the two disk drive witch coming together with the computer. Thanks again
Based on the serial number A2S1, that's an Apple ][ - not a plus, europlus etc. Bonus :) Probably just need to get yourself an Apple ][ lid emblem , assuming you have a europlus one. Maybe the lid was swapped.

Possibly one of the original ][s modified to work with PAL. I posted about these two or three times in the past.

Nice to see one of my second generation SUPERCLOCK II boards in there. Other than the battery, it should still work fine (although lord knows where that EPROM came from).

Thanks a lot for your offer, I definitely need. I got a manual but I will wait until Sunday when I have more time to play with this card but anyway do I need a battery in order to do some test or I just remove the old one and I'm good to go ? I'm thinking to replace with the Li-Ion one 3.7v and using one of the little step down converters? I don't know yet. Thanks again
You can remove the battery and either replace with another 3-cell NiCd (or even open the DataSentry package and replace those cells). If you change to a non-rechargeable type like Li-Ion, just remove D2. Full schematic is in the manual.
Actually, you should just install a diode in series with the Li-Ion battery
Looks like one of the very early PAL colour cards, so, it is one of those 'EuroMod' systems that were bought by a firm and modded to PAL.
Search for 'Apple II EuroMod' for more information. It is a bit spotty at present.
If you ever decide that you want to part with it, please LMK first. There is some stuff here that I would like to document and archive in detail.
I replaced the DataSentry battery with an equivalent Varta 3.6 NiMH battery. Works well.
