Is there any possible way to get my photos and files back, which was deleted few months ago from external drive? I had backup of all those files but unfortunately lost my backup drive as well. What should I do next to retrieve those files?

Was this a drive that you frequently used since deleting those files? That is, have you been making new files and making changes to other files since then?
If yes, your problem becomes more difficult, as it is possible that your deleted files were overwritten with new data. If no, then recovery is more likely.

Yes, in fact, I copied some data (mostly images) to this external drive though only twice and not used it very frequently. I am just hoping to recover all my files. What next to do for recovery?
