i'm building the revision 1 but though i connect the power supply and the arduino nano to computer,it doesn't communicate with putty to my pc,i programmed correctly the eeprom and the arduino nano but it doesn't work. please help

I think the issue is that none of us are familiar with this particular Apple-1 replica nor have faced similar issues to be able to provide you any help. In general this forum is quite helpful, but your issue is very specific to one particular replica.

I admit I looked at your thread and realized I have no clue about this Apple-1 workalike project so I didn’t comment one way or another. As you get older you realize sometimes it’s better not to chime in and confuse things if you have nothing useful to add. I’m guessing others did the same.
Have you tried the original “maker” who designed it? The project still says in progress so maybe he is still sorting it out.
Most people who are building a workalike (not a reproduction) generally build something like the Replica-1 which has a lot of community support here but also has an entire book written about it (Back to the Garage by Tom Owad)
Once you get your Apple-1 workalike running you will find yourself here often as many original Apple-1 owners and Apple employees hang out on this board and can answer software questions which will generally be common between the real thing, reproductions like the Mimeo and workalikes like the replica-1.
