I've got a few PPC machines in my collection running various iterations of Mac OS. As I look to expand my collection with a G3 minitower, I am interested in exploring different OS options. I've currently got Debian running on a Bondi Blue iMac, so Linux is covered. I am wondering if there is anything a bit more exotic worth exploring. Anyone have experience with BeOS?
