I came across this add in Hardcore Computist Issue 21.
Did anyone attend this course when it was offered?
I am also trying to find disks for the course
and have searched ASIMOV but have had no results.
If anyone has any information regarding this

The year was 1985.
I just googled the address at the top and it is residential.
Maybe it's one of the pirates back in the day who was
offering the course.
