Power Supplies

I don't believe so as the US Power Supplies are typically supporting 115V only.

For example see this ebay link and scroll down a bit where a picture shows the Voltage printed to the Power Supply.

My Apple ][+ has a voltage selector switch, but I also saw many power supplies which are 115V only. So, you might want to doublecheck the images as Torsten suggested.

in general the powersupplies distributed in the USA are only usable at 115 Volt at 60 Hz
while here in Germany you need 220 Volt at 50 Hz.
Only very small amount of Computers sold in the USA had the powerselection switch
that permitted to switch between 220 Volt or 115 Volt.
That very rare supplies have been sold for a much higher amount to business guys that
traveled a lot between Europe and USA.
That kind of so called "international supplies" are easy to identify by the extra switch at the
rearside and by the label.

Modification of regular supplies to get similar to "international supplies" should only be made
by experienced technicians who exactly know what they are doing and who keep care that modification
is made according to international safty standards ! The main problem about publishing descriptions
of this kind of modifications is that Apple and Aztec even within same models changed parts used
or layout of PCB without documentation. This might lead in case of modification to lethal errors.

Supplies for Europe are offered at German ebay periodically.... ( at least 4 to 5 times a year )
there are still some dealers out there that have supplies from Taiwan that are good replacements.
So first of all some patience will be demanded.....
But you must even keep care at this kind of offers !
Some of the Taiwan models are really dangerous !

This one actually supports 220V by removing a single wire inside as shown here.
I have converted many of these PSU for my personal use.

These are my best 110v to 240v/220v conversion options.
