Hello! I have Apple IIe platinum International NTSC. But it works in monochrome mode. In PAL.
Can I switch it to color mode? My TV supports both NTSC and PAL.

Switch it does not have.
Your motherboard is not designed to output a standard composite color signal since its vertical refresh rate is 50Hz which puzzles contemporary NTSC TFT digital tv sets. You can have success with old CRT TV/monitor or original apple monitor though...
My TV produced in 1994. Original monitor I do not find ((
Can you show an actual picture of your motherboard?

Hey Guys...
How about in English so we can all understand what you are talking about?
Thanks,
Steven
I'll try!
Here is a terrible approximate translation.
"In these pictures it's not possible to see the IOU chip behind the memory expansion slot (the AUX slot) if it is Apple chip part number 344-0022, it displays the tv signal at exactly 50 Hz. Most television sets are not able to reproduce an NTSC 3.58Mhz signal. The NTSC color system needs a signal at a 60Hz frame rate. Although a direct connection between a colored subcarrier of 3.58Mhz and the vertical frame rate, it becomes a strange combination which leads to the reluctance of many television sets not being able to reproduce NTSC color."
"Yes, the part number of that chip is 344-0022. But is there any way to show it in color? Make it display in RGB for example? I tried it on three different TVs, They all display everything in black and white."
"It's cheaper and easier to just buy a display screen from a standard //e, which costs approximately $25. There are different RGB boards, but they generally cost approximately $100 - $200 and their practical use was 30 years ago when our countries had no NTSC televisions. Yes, they are usually not for TVs and monitors (for example, TAXAN and CGA ...). There is also a PAL card that costs $50 on average, and are designed for a "50 Hz" Apple. But they produce an image a bit worse than NTSC."
344-0022-A to be precise
