Good Evening All,
Found these two boards on eBay this afternoon:
Macsnap 524 Dove Computer Corporation 680-1000

DOVE Macsnap SCSI card

The SCSI Card is a little obvious, but:
What is their function and what Model Mac do these work in?

Those were for the original Mac 128. I think the big board is a memory upgrade and that the two were sold together. In fact, both may be required - I don't remember.
The SCSI connector was routed through the back of the case and therefore it is usually missing when the cards are sold apart from the unit that they were last installed in.
Cool.
I personally have never seen anything like them before.

I think, I have both of them somewhere. Could post pictures, if you like
ReiZu,
Sure.
I'm not planning on buying them (they've been relisted on ebay).
But someone else here might be interested if the were able to look at pictures.
