"Forums" link on new website doesn't work.

When you click on the Forums link on the updated website, it adds a # to the address in the top bar. I believe that means it's confused with one of those links that sends you to a particular location on this page, but my web design skills are somewhat rusty.
Anyway, it doesn't work.
