Does anyone know where you can get a schematic for one of these
http://www.reactivemicro.com/product_info.php?cPath=1_29&products_id=110
I would like to make one. They have the .bin image for download, but I haven't found the schematic anywhere. I can burn my own eproms, so that is not a problem. I really enjoy making simple things like this, and it looks like it would be useful for me since I have the CFFA3000. It isn't that I don't want to support vendors of Apple products, I would just like to try it. If I can't find the schematics, I might buy one. Is Reactive Micro still selling products? I seem to remember something about them shutting down for awhile.
Thanks
Last time I contacted Reactive Micro they were not selling, but I hope they open again, they have great products!
Good Luck

Drop Henry an e-mail anyway. Sometimes he'll get something out of storage and ship it. Besides, it's good for him to hear from people that miss ReactiveMicro.
Sent an email from the 'contact us' on the site. No response as of yet. Thanks.
Patience Daniel-san.
Henry will get back to you.
Great, thanks for the info.
I would really like to buy or make one of these, so i could put my CFFA3000 in slot 1, and floppy controller in slot 6 or 7, and boot to either with just the flick of a switch. Right now, when I boot up, from floppy, it is normal. If I want to boot from the CFFA, I turn the machine on, hit CTRL-RESET, then type PR#6 to hit the CFFA. It works, but would be nice to just flip a switch. Besides, I get enjoyment out of doing the mods, and that is what it is all about. Thanks.
LittleJohn Systems made a neat little card. It fits into Slot 6 or 7 Vertically and has two Horizontal Slots for cards with a switch.
The switch has a hole in it.
I placed on into a IIe and using a large paperclip, bent to fit, run through the hole and out the back of the IIe. All I have to do is reach behind the IIe and Push or Pull the paper clip.
Works like a champ.
The only thing is that he was selling them through Reactive.
Works well running two CFFA Cards, or a CFFA Card and a Disk Drive Card.
Its in one of my computers around here. Hmmm. I need to find that.
What Schematics?
The original CF is a 27128 Eprom and the replacement a 27256 Eprom
And this is the "secret" switching between the 2 images:

Thanks for the link. It looks like all I need is a 28 pin socket, a switch, and a 10K resistor. I appreciate it.
´right
Thanks again for the link. I rummaged through my parts drawers, found the parts, burned the eprom, and it works fine. I ran two wires outside the case through the side vent slots, and will hook it up to a switch. Right now, I am just using an alligator clip lead to short the wires. It doesn't have the nice PC board, but it doesn't even look half bad. Works like a charm. Thanks again!
James Littlejohn will sell the Double Seven Card or any of his other products direct. Just drop him an e-mail at: narguthru @ yahoo . com
