Apple iigs Dead?

I was using my GS trying to stream with ADP pro and I can't get it to boot back up:

Could this be the pram battery?

Any Ideas? I have tried unpluging and flipping the switch on and of but no luck.

It looks like it is doing a self test. Try turning it off for a minute, to bleed down the power. Then unplug the keyboard. Now turn it on with out the keyboard attached. Some of the key maybe sticking.

Unplug the keyboard and any other peripherals... especially the joystick.
