Most of yours are on the high side. In my opinion.
1 The monitor is about right around $60-80
2 The 3.5 drive $20-$40
3 The 5.25 drive $10-20
4 The Keyboard $15-25
5 The mouse $6-14
6 The System Saver 25-35
7 The IIgs HD, $140-175
These guesses are based on the above items being mint. So in real life they are still a bit high.

I wish I could find sellers of these items who were willing to accept prices in the ranges that you mentioned (especially if the equipment is in great condition). Unfortunately I've usually found that higher prices are asked, without the option to negotiate. Are there Web-based or physical stores that you know of that sell these Apple IIgs components in great condition, within the more reasonable price ranges that you mentioned? Thanks.
From my recollections; there is only one "Internal" SCSI hard drive for the IIgs. That is the Applied Engineering "Vulcan" hard drive.
VERY hard to come by in good condition and complete with SCSI card, cable, manual, and disks. Currently (at least it was there this weekend) there is one for sale on eBay, but mcpricebreakers out of San Diego is selling it for $1,195.95.
I bought one, complete, several years ago and it cost me about a third of what they are asking.
Mine is still in the box waiting to be installed. That is one of my future projects.
You really have to ask yourself a question though...Do I want to spend the money for that type of item when folks like Rich Dreher are building CFFA cards with USB capabilities?
Tough choices when it come to spending your hard earned sheckles.

Items 1-7 are, practically speaking, worthless. Pay whatever you want for them, and look for the lowest price possible (ie, free).
