He doesn't say if the documents are the originals, so I would assume they are not. Still yet, it looks like a good investment by the buyer to me. For one thing, this is the time to be converting your cash to tangibles, and in the long run, if it's well preserved, it will definitely go much higher in value, if it isn't worth well over that much already. I wouldn't have put a BIN option. Investing in spreading the word about the auction might have proved much more fruitful.
