Hi, I've been searching around for more information on the Apple Software Bank, which was a collection of user-contributed programs first released in 1978. It's also known as the Blue Book. All I have been able to find are just pictures of its cover-- not so good!
I'm interested in:
- PDF (or other format) scan of its pages
AND/OR
- The original programs which were distributed with it.
I don't have time to scan the entire booklets, but I put up some info on my web page, including a listing of all the programs included. Follow the collection link from my main apple page.

I think a lot of those programs are on the Asimov site or elsewhere. Note that the "Blue Book" is the first Applesoft manual, which had blue covers, not these booklets.
The bone tumor diagnosis program was intended for medical professionals, but I remember being fascinated with it back in the old days.

PS Nice choice in user names.
Thanks for doing that. If you do, you will be the _first_ person, as far as I know.
PS: I'm the same guy who has been emailing you about the Apple //e key extenders.
