Looking for a couple of bits for a 6400

I recently rescued (as in from the dumpster) a 6400/180. It appears, however, to be missing an L2 cache card and whatever was in the CS II slot. So, I was wondering if anyone has the following for cheap:

- 6400 L2 cache card or (even better)
- G3 upgrade for L2 cache slot
- CS II Ethernet
- IDE drive >4mb
