Help with ADTpro audio transfers.

I need help with audio transferring. I have ADTpro running on my apple IIe. I type R for receive, then what do I do. It says "waiting for host to respond" or something like that. How do I transfer the disk image, how do I select. Someone please respond. Thank you.

I would think you would have

I would think you would have to read all the related manual materials for the transfer. You might have to use the casesett ports on the IIe for some sort of audio transfer.

Take care

Great! How did you get it there?

After hitting R, you type in the name of the .dsk image you want to receive. But first, you'd better test that two-way communications are working. Start with the D key, for Directory. That will send a message to the PC, and the PC should respond with some information (the contents of the directory).

You will indeed need to read and understand the documentation pretty thoroughly. Start with the connections page I sent you to before (http://adtpro.sourceforge.net/connectionsaudio.html) and make sure that you have both audio patch cables connected. Further, you'll need to ensure the PC is "listening" on the audio input jack you've plugged into.

Got it working

I got it working, I just forgot to plug in the cable that went to the mic.
