Confirmation?

Just to make sure...

Will a Dual 1.25GHz processor work in my Dual 867MHz MDD G4? I know they have a different bus speed, but if I overclock the bus on the motherboard it will work right?

if its from the same model, i would think that it would work. kind of like swapping in a 500mhz into a 400mhz pismo. But please correct me if im wrong

But the 1.25GHZ board was from a 167MHz motherboard and the motherboard i have is the 133MHz version. Would the processor just downclock?
