All I could find was the diagram for the 630 connector, but I need one for the 6500. Anyone have a link? Trying to get my first Tacky going here.
Thanks
Doug

Oh, wait. Or does the 6500 use the 630 connector?
The 6500 connector goes in upsidedown, compared to the color classic. Do I just have to twist the cables around then?
Sorry, I'm very new to this.
got it in one

So I just run the pinouts exactly? Because it's going to go in upsidedown compared to the color classic's board connector. I don't want to run power through the wrong wires and fry something. :/
No, the pinouts are a bit different. This site has the wiring diagram you need

That was the diagram I was referring to. The tab in the middle (next to the "F1" text in the picture) for my 6500 connector is on the opposite side, which means the connector and 6500 motherboard are loaded into the CC chasis upsidedown, relative to the original CC motherboard's position. If I wire the pinouts exactly like in that diagram, they'll be on opposite sides (e.g. Pins S1-S50 and F1-F50 would be on the left side, and pins A1-A50 and C1-C50 would be on the right side.)
Do I just flip the wires? Or does it matter which side the cables are connected?
Oh my god, I'm a f*cking dumbass. Nevermind.
