I Ordered a powerbook G4 from ebay about two weeks ago. it came with the mac os x 10.3 discs and everything, but the darn thing wont let me in. the problem is that when i turn on the laptop it takes me to the user login screen with the user'ers name and its asking for a password. now i do not have a clue as to what the password could be but i really need so HELP!!! so if anyone reads this i surely would appreciate it. thank you.

Boot to the OS installer disk (to boot from CD, hold the 'C' key right after the startup chime), and when you get to the beginning of the installer, look in the menus for a 'Reset Password' item. Then you can reset any passwords to whatever new ones you choose. Trés simple.
