I was looking at the apple campus on google earth, and noticed that there is a landing pad on a building right next (or on) the apple campus. Am I correct about this? Does Job's actually have a Heli-schoufer? if that is the case, that would be really interesting. And I don't think that that is a hospital... Can anyone confirm this?

I just took a quick gander around 1 Infinite Loop and didn't see much. Off to the west there does seem to be a medical building. And, I never knew Trend Micro was just down the road from Apple...
so i was wrong. It's nice to know that apple didn't spend 3 mil to put in a helipad for steve to come in in style. I didn't think steve was the one that excluded the limo (or mercedes, whatever) and went for a stunning intro into the building. What a waste of money that would be. although, if he did, it would show that he is VERY successful, to people who don't know who he is...
there, other than the park to the southeast, but it's not uncommon for large companies to have helipads. I was at HP on a video shoot a week ago in Marlboro Mass (senior vp of marketing) and noticed that there are two helipads on the front lawn. I imagine it's not so much for senior level people as it is for when stockholders and investors decide to fly in for meetings, or if someone is flying in to logan airport, the fastest way to get to the campus isn't sitting in your car for an hour, it's flying in a helicopter.
I can't verify there's a helipad, but I do remember reading back in Steve's early days of dual Pixar/Apple control that he was flying between the two companies by helicopter.
...or maybe what you're looking at is actually the top of the launch silo for Thunderbird 3.
There is definitely no heliport at the Apple Campus.
