Hey all,
A friend of mine has recently donated his old Airport Base Station to me after he u pgraded to a new Airport Extreme one. Unfortunately, the power adapter is faulty. That was one of the big reasons he upgraded. So, does anyone know where I can find one of these for a good price? Thanks a lot!

I'm not familiar with this particular unit, and someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe any generic adapter will work. Just go to your neighborhood Electronics Shop or Radio Shack and get one with same voltage and connector size/type and the same or greater current capabilities and you should be set. I beleive the Apple base stations use 5.5mm outer diameter and 2.5mm inner diameter. Good Luck.
that makes sense to me. you could also look on ebay to find a used one that's still from apple. just make sure it's still working.
