I saw that one this morning.

I saw that one this morning. Damn nice. A LOT of time and effort was definitly spent on that. I especially like the modified tube, hanging from a pair of chains to disguise the Cold Cathoid.

You have to have a lot of a respect for the craftsmanship and patience like that.

.

This... whoa.

It's not often nowadays that you see a truly original case like that one, especially in the PC universe.

A sidenote: the master who created this piece of art also did a wood case that looks really nice. Check it out:

Green Goo

Yes it is awesome... :o

I noticed the coolant fluid, (or at least I assume it's coolant fluid for the CPU) has a nice green glow to it, probably by being illuminated by those cold cathode light source things... Is that a commercial preparation or did they add a fluorescent dye to it?

I ask since a friend of mine is curious as to the possibilities regarding similar setups.

Me, I wouldn't dare try anything on that level, that takes a fair amount of dedication and skill.

The green fluid is likely jus

The green fluid is likely just antifreeze and water.

Typically H20 Cooled cases ru

Typically H20 Cooled cases run 50/50 water & standard antifreeze. However there are dyes out there that will tint water and react to UV light. This does not have the same cooling efficiency as the 50/50 mix from what I understand.

Another coolant option is from GeneralMotor/Chevy. They developed an orange antifreeze, which is suppose to be better but I havn't seen any results showing this.

The last option is alway RedLine's WaterWetter. Designed for Race applications, it typically lowers coolant temps 10degrees in standard automotive applications. Dunno what it would do with a H20 cooled computer. Places like PCmodz were selling it.
