back again, how to B & W: 2 drives, one super, one combo

so i originally asked everyone about what i could get in there instead of the zip. lot of interesting ideas, but now i'm looking to make a Blue and White a la mirrored doors, with 2 full-size drives. I know it can be done, just can't find any good how-to's.

many thanks.

Somebody did this idea to a Q

Somebody did this idea to a QS G4. It might be somewhat the same. http://www.appletalk.com.au/articles/index.php?article=5807

Hmm...

A dual optical B&W, Hmm, nifty idea. Someone did this with a Yikes! G4 case, which is pretty much the same as the B&Ws.

sort of

the same, though being nekkid made it easier.

I messed about with the original face plastics, but while it's possible to hack on a second optical door, I never got around to actually doing it.

Looks good

Definitely more case work than I've done, but looks doable. the cosmetic question is the only concern really. That quicksilver mod looks sweet though!
