anyone happen to have installation media for an SE laying around?
I picked up this 'ol wonder almost a year ago, and I'd really like to get it up and going again.
also: what are my options to get this baby on my network? is there a ethernet card for it? that would be killer if so, then I could just drop it right on no problem...
thanks in advance

Hey,
What do you mean by "installation media"? You can find downloadable OS files on the gamba site. (gamba search on google.com/mac.html). There are ethernet options for the SE and they tend to be more complicated than for say the SE-30 but they're out there.
i mean discs with the software on them
as its my only vintage mac, i don't have another one i could use to write the files to the 800k floppies. in fact, i think its my only machine with a floppy drive

Hey,
Are you sure the floppy drive is 800k?
I have an Asante EtherTalk Bridge that I'm attempting to unload. It has two ports, an Apple serial port for connecting LocalTalk devices like a Macintosh SE, and RJ45 Ethernet port for connecting to your Ethernet network. I don't have a power supply for the bridge, but a PSU will be very easy to source.

I can post beautiful full colour images of this device if you're interested.
