It seems that the #Applefritter IRC channel is having issues. Multuple people (myself included) have had trouble getting in. It allmost appears as if the channel has disapeared (?) I connect to irc.rizon.net, and /join #applefritter, and i end op in a channel called #applefritter, but it is not the AppleFritter channel.

plase pardon the typos. sorry. (i wish there were a way to edit posts).
yup having the same problem
it keeps going to different servers?
irc.gamepad.ca
irc.sexynojutsu.com
irc.tokyotosho.com
and each time i try to connect its different
is this normal?
or is something going on at rizon?
that is normal. those are just mirrors for irc.rizon.net. the problem im having is that i cannot get into #applefritter at all.
But there's nobody there. I've had trouble getting on in the past but not today. Pretty hinky setup.
I, too, have been having problems connecting to rizon. It took me about 4 hours yesterday before I could connect. This is the first time this has ever happened to me on IRC. Other people have also reported problems connecting to rizon. Perhaps we should consider moving #applefritter over to freenode or somewhere else. Rizon seems to have a lot of trouble.
But I just got in now
it seems that the channel configuration got lost (?) there are no chanops, and there is no subkect line or entry message.
In the event that Tom agrees to move #applefritter to freenode, I've gone ahead and registerd the channel there.
I re-registered the channel, set token as the inheritor, and turned Peace mode on. In effect, it's the same channel. I'm afraid I can't do anything about the server jumping problems.
The Applefritter IRC channel has moved to irc.freenode.net #applefritter
