AirPort card is the way to go

A PC card is a hassle with its antenna hanging out the side. A pukka AP card costs only $40 to $60, and has zero software issues.

Yes

The pismo does have a pre-extreme airport card slot and a CardBus slot. So the airport card will work in your PB.

I think you would be really l

I think you would be really lucky to find one for under $250. Just a casual glance around still shows these machines selling around $400.00 depending on configuration.

Not sure where you're from, b

Not sure where you're from, but where I live, the only two pismos on craigslist are both going for over $400.00. I used to own two pismos. Great machines, but I just don't think they are worth that much anymore. But what do I know? If people keep selling them for that price, and other people keep buying them for it, then that establishes the market value. I just can't help but think that that is is a bit of a rip off. I hope you do find one for $250.00.
