DMG for Legacy?

My G3 running OS9 won't recognize DMG files. Any recommendation for software to download? I need to install these drivers, and it's driving me nuts...

There were some experimental

There were some experimental versions of Disk Copy which can handle DMG files in OS 9, I guess they were not considered reliable enough for release, though many find them useful anyway. I have had good luck with DiskCopy65b11. Plug into a search engine and you should be able to find.
