I have:
Iron Chef (PI 166MHz, 12g HD, etc., etc, with a tv tuner card)
Three NES controllers
One dead NES
A spare keyboard (I think)
An Apple Pro Mouse
An Old School printer-style calculator
And two dead powerbooks.
What can I do with them?
I also want to build a keyboard lock, but using a skeleton key. Does anyone know the pinouts to them?
I'm looking for a very CREATIVE hack. . .
Allrighty, I just hacked the NES controller ports to the parallel. I know how to do this for PC PS2, but has anybody done it for the Mac? Via serial/ADB?
(ADB is the best bet, I don't know how well Serial will work)
Oh, and you can do it with USB too, but that requires a chip, two capacitors, and two resistors.
Griffin i think it was who used to make an ADB adapter for various joysticks. I think it was called the Joyport. It's buried under a metric crapload of stuff at the moment, so I can't dig it out and confirm it. But judicious keyword searching on Ebay should turn something up.
