Ethernet keystone pigtail for Apple //e?

Has anyone seen an Ethernet pigtail/keystone adapter that fits in one of the rear mounting holes of the Apple //e? I'd like to route the cable from a Uthernet II card to it and keep it plugged into the Uthernet, but be able to detach the Ethernet from the back of the machine.

Thanks in advance!

The Uthernet manual

The Uthernet manual recommends Adafruit product 909 https://www.adafruit.com/product/909

On it's own it'll block some slots, but I was able to find a 3D printable slot cover that fits in the 25 pin slots (e.g. the one above the PSU) that fits a 9-pin sized cable or the above cable.

Apologies, but I can't seem to dig up that slot cover stl at the moment. Maybe someone else knows what I mean.

EDIT: found it! https://jcm-1.com/product/apple-e-db25-back-plate-with-db9-opening/

These two create imo the best Uthernet configuration as you have a nice ethernet jack on the back without blocking any slots.
