has anyone hacked a USB ISub to work as a normal Sub with RCA's? i was looking to have it work in conjunction with my Audiowerk 8 card and Numark monitors.

if you build your own amplifier circuit for the actual speaker, then you could do it like that.
He can probably just bring the signal directly into the amp input on the iSub's PCB. I'd do it though a 10K resistor first.
