Two unidisks or a duodisk, plus maybe other interesting 2E hardware

I just picked up a 2E and some monitors.  I'd like to add just about everything.  I just bought an 80 column memory card.  It came with a floppy controller.  The main things missing are disk drives.  If you have any other interesting hardware, I might be interested.  I'm in the OKC area.  thanks

Did it come with the I/O 5.25

Did it come with the I/O 5.25 drive card, or the Disk ][ card?

If the former, then you can use dual UniDisk or a DuoDisk. If the latter, you need Drive ][ mechs.

I personally prefer the DuoDisk for the non-platinum //e, as this is what we used for decades; and the UniDisk 5.25 drives on the platinum //e and the //gs. The mechanisms are identical. The only difference on the //e (the I/O controller supports up to tro drives, and is not like the //gs Smartport), will be in whether you want to stack them with the monitor, or not.

Check the interface card type and let us know what you have, and therefore, what you need.

I'm not sure which controller is in it.  It has a db-type connector that comes off the card and hooks in the back.  So I think it's not the type that fed ribbon cables out the back for the square drives.  I think it's the one that works with the duodisk.  I can post a picture if that's not enough info.

I'd prefer the duodisk also, mainly because it looks great with the case and monitor.  If you're willing to part with one, let me know.

I'm looking for basically everything.  I need a serial card, a mocking board, and a compact flash hard drive emulator if I can't find a reasonably priced scsi controller.

Thanks.

Post a photo to be safe.

I hae a number of DuoDisks, but I need to thoroughly test each ere I would be willing to seel any. I have serial and parallel cards. I also own a Mockingboard, but you are better off buying a repro. I also have spare SCSI boards, but again I do not like selling them w/o verification, and the non DMA version is available as a repro. DMA versions require the //e enhanced or //gs, and they are not bus terminated by design, so if you absolutely want/need the Super SCSI card, and owant to use it with something like a ZIP drive, I would need to modify it, as I did for my own //gs with a ZIP.

If my third card is a non-DMA card, I will likely hold onto it as it works in unenhanced systems. I tend to not be in any hurry to trade or sell large storage or multi-device cards.

What do you have in trade, if anything?

If your //e an enhanced or an ununhanced model?
