IIgs MicroDrive IDE Controller - 128MB CF

Hello all,

I am looking for a storage device for my IIGS and came across the IIgs MicroDrive IDE Controller - 128MB CF. Has anyone used one of these or something similar? Are there other alternatives to hard drives worth considering?

Another thing you might consider is this: http://dreher.net/?s=projects/CFforAppleII&c=projects/CFforAppleII/main.php unfortunately the first run has already sold out, but that guarantees there will be a second run. I've got one ordered and am just waiting for it to come in. The nice thing with this caqrd is it will allow you to run disk images directly, no having to convert them back to real disks!

Hey Dean,

Thanks for the link. Maybe you could post back once you have had a chance to use it.

Thanks again,

Mike
